Tommy Tries Vegemite

Curiosities, Photo

Tom, a friend from Sydney, came to Norway today for a few weeks vacation. Along he brought Vegemite - the most horrible product that ever has come from Australia. At least so ought all reasonably sane persons to believe after having tasted it (Tom tricked me a year ago!) ;)
Another friend of mine, Tommy, was of course tricked into trying out the Vegemite and I had my camera ready to capture the torment in Tommy’s face =)

Tommy takes the couple of first bites of his bread & vegemite that hopefully soon is going to involuntarily cause a havoc going through brain, mouth, throat and stomach!

iBar - intelligent surface system - interactive bar

Curiosities, Fun, Technology

Check out iBar - intelligent surface system - interactive bar.

It’s a really cool technology from Switzerland where a interactive surface generates circles around drinks, connects drinks with lines and even connects hands placed on it.

Check especially out the video they’ve put up on the website which shows the technology in practice :)

Sydney VS Rørvik

Curiosities, Fun, Photo, Travel

Now I’m back home in Norway, and more precice Rørvik in Nord Trøndelag (middle part of Norway).
I’ve had a few days to get used to the cold winter and getting rid of the jet lag one by one hour, but still waking up early and feeling tired&exhausted most of the day.

Anyway - I had this idea to show the difference (or similarity?) between Sydney and Rørvik, and here it is:
